About the Position Accountmanager Horeca – Regio Zuid-Nederland
At Au Vodka, we don’t do average and that includes our presence in market.
We’re looking for a commercially driven, culturally connected Account Manager to take ownership of Rotterdam and surrounding regions. This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy, bringing the brand to life in venues, building powerful relationships, and driving visibility where it matters most.
You’re not just representing Au Vodka you’re embedding it into the culture.
From premium venues to emerging hotspots, you ensure Au Vodka is seen, stocked, and demanded.
You’ll operate with autonomy, pace, and purpose working closely with commercial and marketing teams to grow the brand on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Visibility & Distribution
Own your region identify key venues, decision-makers, and opportunities to expand Au Vodka’s presence
Ensure strong product visibility, menu listings, and rate of sale across accounts
Execute activations, POS placements, and creative in-venue strategies
Build Commercial Partnerships
Develop and manage long-term relationships with venue owners, managers, and buyers
Position yourself as a trusted partner—offering insights, ideas, and solutions to drive mutual growth
Negotiate effectively to secure placements and maximise commercial return
Performance & Growth
Work towards clear sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives
Track performance, report insights, and continuously look for ways to improve results
Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution
Bring the Brand to Life
Represent Au Vodka in-market across both day and night
Deliver brand education, product knowledge, and category insights to accounts
Identify trends, opportunities, and cultural shifts within your region
Essential Skills & Experience
0–3 years’ experience in hospitality, nightlife, or a commercial field role
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a results-driven attitude
Highly organised with the ability to manage your own territory
Flexible approach to working hours (evenings and weekends required)
Full driving licence (B)
Based in Rotterdam or Eindhoven
Fluent in Dutch - essential
Basic Level English- essential

Sales-driven, self-motivated, and not afraid to knock on doors
Passionate about brands, culture, nightlife, and premium spirits
FMCG, spirits, or beverage experience is a big plus
