About the Position
As our Marketing & Talent Partnerships Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and delivering marketing campaigns while also acting as a talent manager coordinating creators, organising partnerships, managing deliverables, and ensuring
campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing, social, creative, and commercial teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative and organisational sides of marketing someone who enjoys building relationships, managing talent, and supporting dynamic, fast-paced campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand talent.
Coordinate campaign deliverables: briefs, deadlines, approvals, content scheduling, and reporting.
Work closely with the Social & Creative teams to ensure campaign content aligns with brand identity and strategic goals.
Manage communication between talent and internal teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and smooth project flow.
Assist in organising brand activations, shoots, events, and partnership-driven marketing moments.
Support budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative processes for partnerships and campaigns.
Contribute creative input to concepts, content ideas, partnership opportunities, and campaign planning.
Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
Required:
● 1–3 years in marketing, talent management, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
● Strong organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple deadlines and moving
parts.
● Excellent communication skills and confidence building strong relationships with
talent and agencies.
● Understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital marketing.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Preferred / Bonus:
● Experience managing influencer/talent campaigns.
● Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
● A creative mindset with interest in brand storytelling and digital culture.
